Visited Nacho today about a problem with my right shoulder after an assessment and a discussion about the areas of pain Nacho pinpointed the problem, conducted a massage session, also gave advice on stretching and activities to avoid.
I would also like to say his knowledge and professionalism was outstanding his bedside manner was excellent.
I left after 60 minutes feeling so much better and confident that my problem with shoulder injury is in good hands.
I would highly recommend Nacho to anybody. I personally will be utilising him again in the near future.
